Plumbing
They quoted me $129 for the first hour and $109 after that. Came right over but had to go get the part from Home Depot. It is 2 miles away, a 20 minute roundtrip, another 10 in the store, maybe. They were gone an hour and 10 minutes. It took them less than ten minutes to fix. They were here from 9:00 to 10:28, an hour and ten minutes of that for what should have been a 30 minute trip. When I got the bill, they charged me for 2 hours AND told me the part was $50. I went to Home Depot and checked and it was an $11.97 part. Even then, I had to argue with them on the phone to get the extra hour removed and they even tried to justify marking up the part by four times. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!
