On the phone (with no promise of payment for his services) Neal patiently talked me through getting the door open and freeing my trapped kitty--then he offered his company's services for any other lock and key needs I might have. We talked about my need to replace my recently-lost Toyota remote car key, and Hughes Safe and Lock will get this sale! Neal's incredible customer service and professional manner earned my business!
Description of Work: This evening, I accidentally locked my cat in the downstairs bath and tried to jimmy the lock with a plastic card (as I have succeeded in doing on other doors in the past). When I could not get the door open, I took the pins out of the hinges--but the door would still not open! So, I thought I might actually need a locksmith. I looked online and found a number for a local locksmith who services my zip code--and got connected with Neal of Hughes Sare & Lock in Covington, LA.
