I see no opportunities for improvement.

I've been using them for 25 years because all we buy are Hondas. It's a different crew every now and then, but there's a few that have been there for quite awhile that I know.

I had oil changes and some recall work done by Honda of Covington in the past and received highly professional service.

The service rep was courteous and kept me informed through out the process. The car was serviced promptly at my appointment. I use them for regular car maintenance.

The Service Manager called me the next day and said that since the warranty had just passed they would cover it. Since I work 30 miles out of the area, they even covered a rental car for the day! I did have to wait until the next week for the part to come in but they were good on their word and only charged me taxes. They have always treated me very well.

Their customer service was very very poor.They told us it would take a few days to put in the leather seats and it took two weeks. We paid for the vehicle up front and they wouldn't respond to any of our phone calls, we could never get it touch with them, and nobody would call us back.
They forgot to mail us our licence plate so the temporary tag was expired, there was no inspection sticker, the front drivers seat was broken, and the radio wasn't working properly.

Their service was excellent. They got me the car I wanted in the color I wanted and at the price I wanted. There were no problems. It was a pleasant experience. I would definitely use them again in the future.
