I brought the unit home and noticed that the tips for the spray gun were not in their mounts on the chassis.  I went back up to the store, and the young trainee apologized while I had to wait around another 10 minutes for someone who knew where to get extra tips.  For my trouble, they offered to credit me my time lost time.  I told them that that wasn't enough.  I'd already lost an hour of daylight and had to make another trip to the store at my own expense.  So then they offered to rent me the unit for an entire day instead of the 4 hours I had paid for.  I agreed to that.  I took the unit home, had some trouble getting it to start, which I've experienced before with these machines, but this one would run for abou 1-2 minutes and then start to bog down and then cut out.  After this happening about 10 times, I finally gave up.  Some pump valve must be bad.  I called Home Depot this time and immediately asked to speak with a manager.  She told me to bring it back up and they'd switch it out.  I told her I'm not getting in my car for a third time in the last 1 1/2 hours to bring them their malfunctioning or unequipped rental equipment.  She said she'd send someone out to pick it up.  No offer of a store credit, no offer to bring me another machine.  Nothing.  What has happened to Home Depot?  It used to be a much more customer service-oriented company.  I will not do business at this store again.

He was very nice, he got on the computer and made the appointment for me, and gave me several brochures. An in-home representative then came to my house and told me they don't do aluminum windows, which basically made it a waste of time for me.

Home Depot was okay. They were very professional once I got there.

The price was pretty reasonable. We got it one day and had to have it returned the next morning. They had the product that we needed.

It's convenient. They have lots of stuff. I was satisfied with the equipment that I got. They did the job pretty well. The staff was good. The floor sander was kind of expensive but it's usually pretty good.
