Best of the best. Did not have a stove to cook my two kids food due to outlet being messed up. They were out on the spot and fixed it right up. Will recommend to everybody. You do not find businesses like this anymore.

This project involved fixing some outside wiring and outlets. The GFI continued to trip and finding the source of the ground was difficult. Jason, the owner, truly believes in customer satisfaction and adjusted his schedule to come out and review the situation with the technician. Because the original wire was buried under concrete, a new wire had to be run. They did this and completed the job, holding to the original estimate. I truly appreciated their effort and commitment to customer service and getting the problem fixed.

We interfaced with three Goldstar reps: Jason on the phone; Steve for the free estimate, and; James for the actual work. We had several things to be addressed. James did the job the day after we accepted their estimate. They were friendly and everything was done professionally, neatly, and according to the estimate.

Jason recently installed a Generac generator for our home. As a licensed electrician, Jason showed great knowledge of residential electrical issues and is very knowledgeable of the Generac product. He took the time to answer any and all of our questions. The installation work was done very neatly and with great care and attention to detail. We found Jason to be honest and focused on customer satisfaction. We consulted with several generator installers before choosing Goldstar. We highly recommend Goldstar for generator installation as well as any residential electrical issues.

Jason called me about my GFI plug outside which kept shutting off. He asked me some questions and suggested what the problem was. I analyzed that situation according to what Jason said and was able to fix it myself. Jason didn’t charge me for the phone call & he didn’t need to come out, although he offered to if I couldn’t solve the issue. How refreshing to a have business that is honest & helpful, without charging an arm & a leg.
