DUPONT AC HEATING

I have used DuPont A/C & heating for our home and business over the last 10 years. They come out quickly and analyze the issue and fix the problem immediately. DuPont has always been honest and extremely fair in their pricing. Need your A/C fixed quickly and correctly … I recommend DuPont.

Jerry and his team including Kelly have done an outstanding job on my A/C. They are the first company that has been able to keep my A/C running. I appreciate their responsiveness, honesty the most.

crew is highly professional and very experienced. Got in, got the work done, and got out.

He could have easily said it was something more expensive and tried to milk us for more money but he was up front and honest. He came out within a few hours of being called. Overall it was a pleasure to have him service our unit.

Jerry and his crew were outstanding. I can't recommend Dupont highly enough. We had been in our home 10 years and it was never comfortable. Jerry analyzed our needs and problems, and redesigned our system including A/C, heating and additional venting and return ducts. The complete installation was done in 2 (long) days and the home was left meticulously clean. Jerry always answers his cell phone and comes on time when he says he is. He and his crew are all friendly and professional. We now have had perfect comfort, temperature and humidity control in our home for the past year. We feel the pricing was fair and the quality of the work was impeccable.

Jerry did a great job. I had other A/C guys come out and they were quick to say I needed a new unit. He checked a few things and was able to fix the fan motor and get me running. My unit is pretty old and I'm sure it will need to be replaced in the future. When that time comes I'm not calling anyone else.

We had an air conditioning person that we were very happy with, and anyway he ended up I guess he sold his business he took a job and when we called him he referred us to 'Dupont AC Heating'. So we did not know anything about DuPont, so I went to Angie's list to look up if DuPont was on the list and they checked that I had called several times and we did not really need anything but just an annual service to make sure that the units were serviceable. Finally I had called DuPont and I figured that if the young man we were happy with turned his business over to them, maybe worth a try in the sense that we didn't have any really expensive kind of needs to work our air conditioning it was just a service to check it out. We liked them. So anyway, the young man did call us, he is semi-affiliated and he works offshore like two weeks, when he comes home. When he is home he works with DuPont. He ended up coming for service. We were happy with it because we knew that guy already so. Sorry to be so lengthy about it, that is how it was.
I was happy with them they came when they said they would, in fact they came sooner; they called me to find out if it was okay to come sooner and I said fine because I thought that their price was fair. The guy did come out nice he was dressed good like a professional I thought they were thorough and reasonable I thought their work was professional and reasonable.

Very please with service from Dupont AC Heating. Our A/C went out in the morning and they had it replaced before 5 PM. Our experience was an excellent one. They did a great job
