Charlie was a local man and I was pleased with the results. I was happy to deal with a local person who knew the area and he was somebody that my brother recommended. I was fully satisfied with the quality of service. It was expensive carpet. His responsiveness and punctuality was pretty good and there was somebody here to move the stuff. His professionalism was okay as he is just a regular guy and not a high powered salesman.
