C & H PLUMBING

I have used C&H Plumbing twice in two years. Apparently I didn’t leave a review after his previous visit so this review is overdue. In late September 2017 I added a wheelchair ramp to my home but it blocked the hose spigot making it a hassle to use my garden hose. Last week I called and left a detailed message what I needed done. Although it was a small and simple job to add a 90 degree copper elbow to an outdoor water supply line, his (wife?) returned my call in a timely manner, we set up a date for him to arrive and on the day of his arrival he called ahead to verify. The job was done in less than one hour. Ernie is a charismatic professional who listens to what my needs are, ponders a solution and discusses it with me in detail for a plan of action. I will soon be building an addition on my home and Ernie is my first choice when it comes to anything plumbing.

Ernie did a great job.  He arrived when promised.  He walked out the job and discussed it with me.  He completed it in about 2 hours and it looks great.  He is professional and courteous.  I'll be calling him again when the hot water heaters go.

e I bought a new but formerly owned Whirlpool fridge from Lowe's and it was going into a new location in my renovated kitchen.  The catch from Lowe's was, if there were any problems, I only had 7 days to return the fridge.  Being in a time crunch, the lady who took my call (I wish I remembered her name but I don't) was flexible and Ernie showed up on time for our scheduled visit.  He had it done in no time and was likeable.
Oh yeah, I had a leak in my shower but thought ahead enough to take the valve cover off of the shower valve, snap a picture and text it to the lady who took my call.  Ernie apparently recognized the design and brought a replacement with him.  For this reason, I like small, independently owned shops.  I now have plumber I will use when I get to bigger jobs.

Called Cand H plumbing to perform faucet installs and they came out the same day. Ernie came out and went right to work. He was very polite and knew exactly what to do. Both jobs went very well with no problems. He was finished in under 2 hours with the installs. He even did other work outside the scope of the original work. I was very pleased with the work and thought he price was very reasonable. I will definitely use him again for my plumbing needs.

Ernie showed up the same day as called and reviewed the situation to discover that the disposer could not be repaired. He demonstrated why the repair could not occur. He removed the old disposer and installed a new one that he had in his truck. Ernie cleaned up after the installation and left no mess. Ernie has performed work for us before by installing a natural gas line for a pool generator and by repairing a manual natural gas valve at our fireplace the day after Christmas. We are very happy with Ernie and Cand H Plumbing......

He is so personable. He was on time. He did a quick fix for me. He had a great presence about him.

C and H Plumbing (Ernie) is the best. When I called I couldn't believe he said he would be here so fast. He had done work at my office about 4 yrs. ago and did a great job, and a friend has used him for years. He not only fixed our initial problem but was able to come back the next day and fix another problem that cropped up during the tub re-do. Ernie is personable and his prices are very reasonable. He literally saved the day for us.

Came within 30 minutes of call, problem assessed, rooted out, and done within 30 minutes.

He was able to fix the issue as well as fix an issue with my dryer. He is unbelievable! We have used him before and he just so accommodating and nice and follows up after the work is completed.

They did a very good job. They showed up promptly and I didn’t have to wait for them. They got the job done and left. They also cleaned up. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

His name was Ernie Cole. I really appreciated it and I would recommend him to anyone. He came out earlier than he said he was going to be. He finished before I got back. He is very personable.

Excellent service, professional and quick!

Arrived on time. Assessed the problem. Fixed the flange inside of an hour and thoroughly cleaned up the mess. Polite, professional and personable.
