Rich & Casey are the best, they went above and beyond on my service even pointed out my cabin air filter was dirty. The replaced it with no labor to install which speaks volumes on their service cause dealerships would have been twice that price. I’ll be back every time.

Once it got pulled in / about 2 hours & it was done including the Alignment/ they checked my brakes for free too & even told me the front end was tight, highly recommended to go there. Free tire rotations for the life of the tires, I declined Road hazard.

This was the first time I used Atlas because I always brought my car to Toyota for servicing. I was treated with the utmost respect. Casey who helped me explained everything I needed as far as the tires and the mechanic, Mark did a fantastic job with servicing my vehicle. I will definitely use Atlas Tire Center for all my future servicing requirements on my Camry and I highly recommend them to others.

They did a Full Synthetic oil change on my Hybrid, even topped off my tires with Nitrogen, showed me a filter that j didn't know I had ( cabin air filter ) replaced that for me too, Jim has a customer focused Family owned business.!!

After getting all four new tires, I noticed a vibration. Initially I thought it was my imagination but it continued and got worse. Brought it back the following Saturday, when I wasn't working but they were booked solid. Brought it back the following Saturday as soon as they opened. Turns out one of the balance weights fell off so it was out of balance. They fixed it and it is back to good.
I don't like the 'feel' of these tires as much as my old ones, but that is my own fault. These are a Fuzion which is a sub brand of firestone with an emphasis on "value". I wish I would have gone again with Goodrich tires like my old set. I should have spent a bit more and gotten a better ride.
The service was allright, but wish I would have gone someplace else and gotten a better tire.
The people at Atlas were pleasant and polite. The waiting room is fine and clean.

I have been a pleased customer of Jim's (Atlas Tire Center) for many, many years. His prices are fair, and there are NEVER any "surprise" amounts when the bill is presented. Jim is an honest, caring businessman. He takes pride in everything that he offers his clients. Jim always presents himself in a professional manner. I have recommended this business many times without hesitation.
