+ -1 moreHe got all of my information and pre-qualified me for a 160,000 loan. When he finally went through all of my documents (weeks later), he changed his mind down to a 120,000 loan. For some reason, he wasn't able to count my part time income, despite the fact I had worked with the company for 7 years. When I feel in love with a 115,000 condo, I thought I was in luck. I put in my offer, had it accepted, and began to finalize my mortgage. NOPE! Kendal then decided he couldn't manage that loan either. All in all, very disappointing service. Kendal did try to lessen the blow by pointing me a type of loan that would have worked, if I could find a company to provide it. Oddly, the very next lender I called had NO trouble approving me for the same type of loan Kendal wasn't able to make work.
Description of Work: I was working with Kendal to buy my first home.
