I called prior to Hurricane Issiac to schedule service and they did not
return my call.  I waited over a week to reschedule and was given a
repair date of 6 days after my  call.  I was understanding because of
the storm and was told I would receive a call the day before to give me
an idea of the time for my technician to arrive.  I called a 9 a.m. the
morning of my repair date and was told they would call me back with a
time.  At noon I again called to find out when they would arrive.  I was
told it would be in the afternoon.  It is now 7 p.m. and no call.  I
will not use a company that refuses to value my time and business

I needed the filter replaced and the drain flushed on my refrigerator.  I called All State Services and spoke with owner Mike Gilpin, who told me that his service charge would be $75 plus parts.   I gave him the make and model of the refrigerator so that he could have the filter when he came.  When I got the bill, I felt that I had been overcharged because the bill was for $245.  Mike Gilpin said that I was charged for two service calls because he had to leave the house in order to buy the filter.  When my husband spoke to him about the bill, he was very unprofessional, using vulgarities.  This was a  bad experience for me and I would never use his services again.

He never showed up and never called to tell me why.
