A-1 Seamless Gutters

We originally called and had scheduled to have gutters put on our house to be done November 2013. We chose a color and then we were told that color was back ordered so we chose a different color. Several weeks went by with many unanswered calls concerning the missed appointment date. (We could have had the original color in that time frame.) When we finally heard back, he was glad we hadn't cancelled because he had already purchased the materials. Our gutters were not put up until Spring 2014.
We have called several times because the gutters are not draining properly. He returned once when we were not home and put up two new downspouts but did not fix our ongoing issues. The two new downspouts are a slightly different color.  He has not returned any recent calls and our gutters are still not draining properly.

It did not go well as stated above.
I am left with no option but to file a lawsuit and possibly press criminal charges.

Update 6/12/13

Fortunately for me the individual was operating under the name of a registered LLC that was to have been disolver a couple years aqago but was not.  When I found the other principle and advided him of the situation he took immedicate action and completed the project.  He made sue the LLC is disolved but and reclaimed the equipment that his former partner owed him on alongf over due note.
