Appliance Masters

A man was sent out and he ordered a new compressor and replaced it. The new compressor would not shut off creating a temperature of 20 degrees in the refrigerator and -20 degrees in the freezer. I got the repairman back and he said that the thermostat was bad, ordered another one and installed it. The unit then wouldn?t get cold enough. I contacted them regarding the issue and the worker was sent back out. He attributed it to a faulty thermostat and said he would order it the next week (as it was a holiday the following day). Monday morning, I called the company. They said they would reach out to the technician and contact me back, but never did. I called the technician?s cell phone multiple times with no answer. I called the call center and asked for a manager. I again got the same answer that I would be called back. I waited and called back and was told the technician was in the hospital. I asked for someone else and they said they only had one technician in my area. Every time I call, it?s a random person on the phone that I believe may be at a call center. They don?t provide any kind of physical address or email address, just a phone number and a URL. I want to warn others to stay away from this company.
