 + -1 moreI call this company on a Monday, was told they would send someone out. Called again on Wednesday was told that I was still on the list for them to come out to my house. Called again on Friday no answer (what company does not have an answering machine now a days). The company returned my call (at least they have caller id) on Saturday morning. I gave them my name and was told 'We came by your house and we can't do the work'. They did not come look at the problem just took one look at what kind of roof I have and backed out of the driveway. I used to recommend this company because for years my parents used this company but not anymore. If they had just come to my door I would have been able to show them where the problem was but they didn't.
Description of Work: Was needing a leak repaired over my master bathroom.
