+ -1 moreMy home warranty company referred RPS Plumbing to me. I was waitning on them to give me a call to set up an appointment for service but they never called. So I called them several times, but I only reach their voicemail box, which was full. So I couldn't even leave a message. I finally called my home warranty company back and they couldn't get in touch with anyone either. I find that very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, unless you like playing phone tag.

What topped it for me was that -- me buying a house after being a lifelong renter and not knowing anything about anything -- the plumber took the time to answer my questions, show me what he did and how he did it, where the main water shut-off valve was located, and explain what the service people installing my dishwasher and refrigerator will and should do. Very excellent customer service!

+ -1 moreThey are very good. Their price can be anywhere from $100 to $1000 depending on the scope of the work. They seem to be responsive. They do a good job. They are just nice to talk to. They are generally pretty timely.
