The assigned plumber arrived on time and was quick and professional. What topped it for me was that -- me buying a house after being a lifelong renter and not knowing anything about anything -- the plumber took the time to answer my questions, show me what he did and how he did it, where the main water shut-off valve was located, and explain what the service people installing my dishwasher and refrigerator will and should do. Very excellent customer service!

His work was good. He took our sink to replace the disposal. We saw his truck moving around the house and we just moved here, so we asked him to come.

They are very good. Their price can be anywhere from $100 to $1000 depending on the scope of the work. They seem to be responsive. They do a good job. They are just nice to talk to. They are generally pretty timely.
