When my mother came down with the brain tumor, we kept her at her house which was not far from our house otherwise we would try to move into her house to be with her and her air conditioning busted. This was like terrible for her because she was bedridden, she didn't knew what was going on and I called them up and I told them the situation and he dropped everything and he came over. I got over there as soon as I can and he couldn't believe that her air conditioning died for years too and he just couldn't believe it overnight that my mother was bedridden but he knows how to prioritize. Some people that told me they think his price was a little bit high but I never did find them that high and the thing is, he's reliable, he knows what he's doing and you can trust him in your house. There's one time I had to leave the house and my friend is with me. I said to him, I got to go pick up my kids from school and I will be right back and I told my friend you want to come with me, and she goes okay and when we got to the car she said you trust him in your house by himself. I said, I do because he's totally trustworthy. If something doesn't have to be done, he'll tell you. There was one time, it wasn't even his problem, I had the air conditioner fixed and the following morning, I went to the side window in the study to look and see where my newspaper was and water was just coming down, just flowing down the window so I attributed it to the air conditioning work that had been done the day before so I called him up. I said I have a cascade of water coming down and he said you're kidding me. I said no, can you come check on this. He said I'll be right over 'cause I called him right at 9:00 which I knew is when he started his day. He came over and he said, wait a minute, 'cause he was thinking it was the air conditioning too. He said, the unit is over there, this is to the left of the unit and he said let's go check this out. So what happened is when they were putting the pipes upstairs and it wasn't the pipes he had put in, it was somebody else, it's for water or whatever, they didn't seal the pipes so they just put the ends together and they didn't seal them. He said I must have accidentally hit that pipe with my shoe and just that little but of a knock causes an opening for it to drip. He said that's the only thing I can see so he said since you didn't yell at me for causing this. He was not the cause, it's the pipe not being sealed. He said I'll fix it for you 'cause I got glue on my vehicle and that should do it. So he went back up there, he didn't even charge me, he went ahead and seal the pipe for me and I've never had trouble since. He'll give me advice on other stuff, I treat him like my brother. I know that he's not gonna stand me wrong.

I was satisfied with them. They were prompt and came out pretty quickly. It was summer, so, I needed the A/C fixed and they came right away. They got a part also. There were two issues and they fixed both of them. It was a great experience. They were reasonably priced and responded to everything that I needed to get done.
