From start to finish, the experience was a very positive one. Lennie was very attentive throughout the process. I highly recommend Hinton A/C for either the ductless mini-split system or the regular duct HVAC.

I have been with them 25 years. They are very professional and the work is great.

Lenny found that the Air conditioner compressor fan motor had died. He was able to get a replacement before the Carrier warehouse closed. Lenny went out of his way to pick up the fan motor Monday evening so it could be installed Tuesday morning. Blake came out Tuesday morning and replaced the fan motor. Our air conditioning system is up and running again. Thank you Hinton A/C Service!!!! Hinton A/C Services has earned a customer respect. I will use them for all of my heating and A/C service needs.

Lenny came by on a Friday afternoon within an hour of our call and had the A/C working again in a few hours. Our family has been using him for years and he is always honest and fair.

They arrived on schedule. They inspected the non-operating unit both inside and out. There was little doubt that it was on its last legs, but they explored all possibilities before giving me the bad news. Everything was repaired and up and running in record time.
Lenny and his crew have taken care of my 3 a/c/heating units for more than 15 years, with promptness, honesty, good work ethics and even kindness. All of the components of all 3 systems have been replaced at one time or another, some of them twice as they were old when I bought the house 20+ years ago.
Neither rickety pull-down stairs nor the necessity to balance on joists and be startled by bold, large rodents can deter them from their task. [grin]

This was a very good experience. We will use them again on our new renovation project.

All wnet well with no problems. Mike had the part on his truck, switched it out, and that was it.

He is great guy. I never had to wait for an appointment and he knows what he is doing.

What I really like about them is that they have a preventive maintenance agreement. When I call with a problem, they come immediately and they are responsive, and you also get a 15% discount. They do a very good job and they are very conscientious about their work.
