I had a new faucet installed in my bathroom., but did not ask for an estimate, as I had used this Company before, and really liked their professionalism. I was thrilled with the new faucet, but surprised when I received the invoice. I spoke with Mr. Dauterive, and he worked with me on the price, which I thought was very fair on his part. (It was an old faucet and took a long time to remove; the new faucet was priced quite high, but that is what they cost these days.) I shall definitely use them again, as their work is excellent.

John and April from Dauterive Plumbing were so professional and skilled. They arrived on time and detected the source of the leak inside the kitchen wall and made the repair within an hour. They were able to explain what caused the problem and made suggestions to prevent a repeat occurrence. We were very happy all around with the service, price and responsiveness from Dauterive.

They are fine. It was just a basic service. It took them a while to get back to me after a few calls. I called 3 or 4 times because I have to have this done and have them give me a quote to wrap the pipes and they didn’t call me back and I ended up not getting it done because I called 3 or 4 times and they never got back to me.

Mr. Dauterive came out and assessed the situation. That same afternoon two men came out and replaced the hot water heater. They were such nice and professional men, it was a pleasure to have them working in my house. The job was finished in a reasonable amount of time. They cleaned up area very nicely. Thanks guys !!

It went well, they did a good job. The owner of the company is very thorough, he did a lot of research and spent a lot of time there himself. He was very responsive and easy to work with.

The workers came in and resolved an issue with the water pressure in the guest bedroom, however after they left I began hearing a "knocking" noise throughout my house when I turned the water on. Notified the company - and they informed me that someone would be back later that day to assess. They did return to troubleshoot - but were unable to discover what the problem was - and informed me that their boss would have to come out the next day. They called me first thing in the morning and sent the same two workers to come out. They believed it was a defective piece they had originally installed - they replaced the piece and all issues were resolved. Overall - it was a somewhat stressful experience, however they were very professional and polite and I will absolutely use them again in the future for any issues.

Very well!  The person I spoke with on the phone, said they were booked and maybe on Friday ,or early next week. But called me back and told me that a plumber had been freed up and she would send him over; fantastic! They showed up and in about a half hour to forty five minutes all was well!

great job , friendly and professional ..  a team of 2 arrived they did an overall review and were able to detect a previously poorly installed water line..  even though they are not electricians they fixed a small electrical issue.. the wires were crossed and they fixed it..  very good raccomand  for sure.

They're very responsive and very professional.

Called at 9 AM and and Jeff and Tony arrived at a little after 10 AM.  This was a DIRTY job.  Both were professional and knowledgeable about how to proceed (and neither of them asked who was responsible for this catastrophe)---They spent about and hour and a half here and  ran cable via a clean out that was located in a difficult spot to access to an area of pipe that was not easy to reach.  Thank goodness it worked.  To top it off, as I was preparing to suit up in CDC worthy protective gear to clean the bathroom, Jeff actually made sure that the shower stall was cleared of debris---What a guy!  I would definitely recommend them.

Called before arriving. Completed work, well, clean & fast. Great job!
