Bobby's Ductwork

Bobby and his guys are professional and efficient. They were punctual, arriving before 7:30am and had all of the work completed by 1:30 p.m. We would definitely use them again!

Bobby's son came and looked at the situation and said the duct work (approximately 45 feet of it) was old and had been installed incorrectly. He came back with the right size and installed it . We didn't ask for an estimate because right up he won us over, we could see that he was honest and trustworthy. He completed the job asked for trash bags and cleaned up behind himself spotlessly. I would recommend him and use him again if needed for similar work.While he was at the house he voluntarily went into the other attic and checked everything there and said it was all right and looked good.

Removed A/C ductwork so that plumbing repair could be performed, then replaced the ductwork.

We had a small job in our attic of wrapping some A/C duct vents a squirrel had turned into a home. First company I called said that the job was too small and they were not going to waste their time with my tiny project. I went to Angie's List and found Bobby's company and called. He answered immediately and sent us a guy for that Saturday. He seemed to have lots of experience and worked relatively quickly - he even fixed the squirrel hole. Very pleased - great work!

We called about problem with extreme condensation. Bobby came and immediately Pointed out problem with return duct. He did not charge me anything for the assessment. We fixed that and it was better but still problems. Called bobby back. He came right out and inspected ducts. After discussing and showing us problem, we had ducts replaced. Recently, we decided to upgrade to a 5 ton energy efficient central air and heat unit. We contacted Bobby of Bobby's Duct Work. Response was very quick. Bobby handled the entire process from ordering the unit thru the final installation. Within a matter of days, the new unit was available. Installation was scheduled and was completed in one day. He even provided us with the paperwork for an energy tax credit. It has been about six weeks now, since installation. We are enjoying the comfort of the new unit, and as an added bonus, our recent utility bill decreased by approximately 28%. THANKS, BOBBY

Called them because they were local in Chalmette near me. Had a great experience with this company! Will for sure use them again. They also do other things than just a/c work. I may call them back to have an attic door installed soon. Will recommend them to others.

Company came on time and replaced my old duckwork in one day cleaned up worksite .Both the price and Quality of the work was excellent.

They arrived when they said they would, installed the indoor unit, ductwork and copper lines and left expecting to be back in, at most a couple of months. Due to the shoddy work and unreliability of another contractor, it took 8 months to put up the drywall. Bobby had called us several times to check in and see if we were ready for him to complete the job. We had to explain about the lousy contractor holding us up and each time his response was, "don't worry we won't forget about you, no pressure, just let us know when you are ready." God bless him. Several other contractors commented on the quality of his work and were impressed that he used soft supports instead of the metal which could cut into the duct insulation. When we finally called him for the completion of the installation, he came within 3 days and had the unit up and running in a matter of hours. After winter passed we noticed that the A/C wasn't feeling as cool as we thought it should have been. We called Bobby and he came out the next day worked on the problem for 1 and 1/2 hours checking for leaks etc. The problem was solved simply by adding more freon. Despite working for an hour and a half, there was no charge for the visit! We were encouraged to call them if we had any more problems which we haven't.
