DO NOT HIRE! YOU WILL HAVE TO HIRE ANOTHER PLUMBER TO FIX THEIR BAD WORK! "F" RATING WITH THE BBB. The owner was dishonest & rude to me & my wife. I was charged above the quote & the work they did HAS to be replaced. They took longer then they should have to complete the project (2 days). All the welds on the copper in the Guest Bath are bad, everything done in my my Primary Bath needs to be replaced. They did not / will not provide a COI or license #'s. I Was told a valve I bought on my own was missing a clamp & MOEN didn't sell replacement parts, that I would have to purchase a new valve from them. I looked & MOEN sells replacement parts for its products. Was told I wouldn't be charged an extra hour for his guy to unclog my drain since "he could take care of it in the first hour." Got billed an extra $125 to clear the drain (2 tries w/ a plunger, maybe 2 min.). No receipt or invoice for 2nd day of work. I have more details & complaints but there isn't enough room to write them all.
