I think they were great. The only thing is the return contact is really poor. I had to contact them 2 or 3 times but he explains everything's very, very busy. I had other friends that had recommended them.

He did an excellent job. They were very thorough. They cut the trees and hauled them away and they cleaned up after themselves away. All of this was done in one day. I would recommend them to anyone.

The crew arrived on time and spent five hours doing the work and cleaning up. Jaimie spent most of the morning doing some of the work and overseeing his crew. The crew worked very diligently. Jaimie was very concerned about doing exactly what I wanted. The clean-up was very good. There was some minor damage done to the bark of a large pine tree, but Jaimie followed up with this a few days later to our satisfaction.
Overall a very good experience. I highly recommend this company, and will almost certainly use them again.

Our insurance company had demanded we take care of a couple of trees or we were to be canceled. Lagniappe was scheduled to perform work the same week a hurricane made shore. Even though we did not have a tree emergency lagniappe made sure that the necessary work for our insurance was taken care of immediately. Then after the post hurricane work slowed down, they came back to finish the work about 2 weeks later. We were very satisfied with the quality and timing of the work.

I called yesterday am and was told we could expect them the same day for an estimate. Came in the early, estimate given, with tree to be removed today. The crew came well prepared with a 23 ton crane, bobcat and dump truck. The tree was secured, hanging branches removed. The tree was lifted and removed from pergola. It was then cut in sections. What I was impressed with is that each of em knew what they were to do spontaneously. The entire process was at most 2hours. They were great.

Everything was perfect. They removed 200 foot pine trees. They cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them to others. All the trees were gone and it was a perfect experience. Use these people.
