Deric's came out promptly and put in extra effort to fix the problem, which was replacing a defective fan motor. They are even going the extra mile to help me get warranty coverage after another company (A-1 Air Conditioning) incompetently (or worse) did not install the units I paid for and screwed up the warranty.
