Set up a service plan and they cancelled it due to "hose/access" issues. Meanwhile they service the unit right next to mine with no "access" issues as well as multiple units in my complex. I assume it is a bias against single ***** women? Disabled people? I have no idea. They refuse to answer why they service everyone BUT me. Biased. Possible woman haters, most likely racist.

Service agreement. Reliable, check thoroughly, friendly, do their job, don't waste time. I am very pleased with them.

Paid for a service contract I don't remember how much.  Very thorough, friendly, they check inside and outside and do a good job on everything.  They also follow up and see how it went.

I have a contract with them and they come and do maintenance twice a year, check things out and make sure it’s operating properly. I’ve been using them for many years. They come in the spring and in the fall. I pay them $15 a month and it gives me 24-hour service if I have a problem, and I have had problems occasionally where the air conditioner quit working and they’re out immediately. You get what you pay for. It’s always been. They’re above board. I’ve had equipment failures that were under warranty. They’ve never charged me for any of that. They put in a whole new air conditioner for me about 7 or 8 years ago. I don’t have any issues at all with them. That’s why I still do my business there.

Everything from start to finish was handled efficiently and professionally by capable diagnostician, sales, and installation staff. The temperatures at the time were in the upper nineties on the ground. I suspect that the attic was 25-30 degrees F warmer.

They're the only I use. I've been using them for many years. I would definitely continue using their services. They are extremely honest and dependable. They clean up after themselves and are respectful of my stuff.

They were very good. People who came over were wonderful and very professional. Scheduling was easy and they were personable. Overall, they were effective, quick and professional.

They are wonderful.  The guy would come out on a Sunday, if I need him or I call him at night to tell something is wrong & he would come out.  Fantastic.  The insurance pays for the most of the work.  I have recommended them.  I could have gone for something cheaper, but they are worth the money.

They were fast and they did everything they could. They called in to check if everything were okay, they were very professional. It was so wonderful, they were so friendly, they were very nice people. I would use them for all the services.

Although I had purchased new units for my house and studio, I was not aware of the fact that most of the air was going into the attic. I also was very unhappy when the cost of preventive maintenance seemed to double from one year to the next. The cost doubled and the amount of preventive service appeared to go from two visits a year to one. When I did not sign up for the preventive service and had a problem with one of my units, I was told that I would not have priority service on my unit and would have to wait until a service person was available which might be a week. I had used their service for over twenty years and purchased two units from Buddy's, and had paid for their service for probably that much time. I did not feel like I was being treated with the respect I should have after being such a good customer for so long. If I had treated my customers that way, I would not expect to have them as repeat customers as well. I have never been contacted by anyone with their organization trying to find out why I am no longer a customer.

Everything was done without any difficulties.  There were only positive efforts and results and no  

problems or difficulties!

 First of all, we came during the first 15 minutes of the 2 hour window.  He worked quickly and effieiently and was done before I knew it.

It went very well. They were in and out within one day. They took care of everything. I didn't have any problems. I have a maintenance contract with them so I've used them before. I would definitely use them again.

Overall, they have been pretty good.  We have had a couple of minor issues with them.  The work was good particularly when they replaced the units, although one was probably in the borderline 5 years ago and the other over 5 years ago.  Thus, we have stayed with them.  I have a few little small problems with the people who come out and do the service, and my wife does too.  Other than that, they damaged one of our ceilings one time, but they came out and made it good.  They had a painter come out and fix it and everything.  We would continue to use them.
