See above report. Was a trial from start to finish - difficult to get him on the phone - would not return calls. Drug job out until he finally texting us he was quitting - without finishing.
Description of Work: Impossible to get him to specify what he would do - finally hand wrote it with him signing. He replaced the sheet rock and flooring, did some painting and bought water heater. Hooking up heater was not done; neither was painting in bedrooms finished - lots of paint splotches on carpet. Was to put in floor insulation under cabin with netting to hold in shape and seal flashing around cabin footing to prevent varmints. Did not do either of those things. To continue, left cabin in a disheveled, dirty state and quit via text. Very difficult to get him on the phone. Name: Wayne Conine
