The pipe had to be cleared via the attic air vent after he tried 4 other places.  He spent about 3 hours which included cleaning up his area.  The service was great and the communication was outstanding.  I would certainly recommend this company.

What a wonderful experience.  I called for an appointment and the young man showed up right on time.  He was professionally attired, had booties over his shoes, was nicely groomed and introduced himself to me immediately.  As it turned out, there was a rubber gasket clogging the drain, so he did not need to snake it, he simply removed the gasket and the water flowed freely after that.  It took all of about 5 minutes.  When I asked what this was going to cost, he did not charge me!  I would have thought I would have been charged at least for the service call.  I just purchased this 8-year old "new to me house" and it seems as though every time I turn around, there is another needed repair to the point where I am going into sticker shock.  To not have to pay for this service call meant more than you can imagine.  There really are some good people out there and I think this company is making an effort to hire those people.  I would definitely call Mr. Rooter should I need a plumber again. (With this house, I suspect it will be in the near future!)

The service and workers were both great. The workers were here within 15 minutes of me calling them. It took them about 20 or 40 minutes to finish.

It went very well. The serviceman was very pleasant, he fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. I was pleased but disappointed about the fee. I felt taken advantage of.

Mr. Router's price was reasonable. They are very conscientious, quick to respond, worked well fixing the toilet at the rental house instead of me buying a new toilet.
