This is the third time we use Possum's Tree Service.

Dusty is very professional and, when we ask for a quote, he delivers the quote very quickly.

If there were 10 starts to rate a service, I would rate Possum's with 11 stars.  They fit us right away, came and knocked down the trees, picked up all the debris and the following day, they grinded the stumps.  Possum's crews are fast, efficient and very professional.  In addition to getting back to the customer very quickly, doing a great job performing the service, cleaning up immediately, Possum's is very reasonable with their price.

We will not use anyone else but Possum's.  We've always been more than satisfied with their service, professionalism and price.

I received two estimates and Possum's was definitely a better price. Quality of work was excellent. Clean up of debris and work site was also excellent. We were pleased with the job.

We realized we had an infestation of and quot;yellow neckand quot; caterpillars, which had already eaten an entire 27 year old river birch tree. The caterpillars had already migrated to another river birch and the rest of our landscaping in the front of the house.
In a panic mode, we called several tree services. Rusty was the first one to return our call and was at our house within the hour, assessing the situation. Rusty had never seen an infestation this bad.
Although Possum's Tree Service was booked for two weeks, Rusty was able to squeezes us in within 1 day. Possum's showed up right on time with the first crew. The first crew cut up both river birches within 1 1/2 hours. The second crew showed up to remove the debris. And finally, the third crew showed up to grind the stumps.
Possum's Tree Service was extremely efficient, professional and right on time. Not only did they perform an outstanding service, but they were also quite reasonable on their proposal. We received another proposal which was more than twice as Possum's.
Rusty was quite knowledgeable and assessed our problem immediately and when he realized how bad it was, he made a great effort to squeeze us in and take care of the problem.
We would definitely recommend Possum's Tree Service to anyone looking for tree services.

Out of two companies, Possum's gave us the lowest and most reasonable quote. We are very satisfied with everything about the company. What was told to us when we got the quote was done in a very organized and orderly manner. The company employees are a very energetic team.

Rusty gave me the bid, on site, within a day of contacting him. He took into consideration it was a threat to my home and was able to start the job within 3 days and had it completed in about half a day. The entire crew was professional and considerate during the job.

Storm blew a very large limb off of one of our live oaks. The salesman came by the next day and gave me a quote, which I thought was a very good price. Even though I thought it would be a week they showed up 2 days later. Finish quickly and the tree looked great. Gave me some pointers on taking care of my other trees. I will definitely use them again.

They arrived on time and started to work . They did a great job, picked up and hauled away all the limbs that were cut. I am very pleased with their service and the price they gave me was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a tree service

Someone 30 years ago thought it would be a bright idea to plant a live oak and a pine in the same back yard. Possum's came out and made it all good again. From the estimate process to the finished job they were excellent. They were not the least expensive but during the estimate process and a few follow up phone calls they were straightforward and put me at ease with their professionalism. They were prompt on the job and removed an 80 foot pine, stump grinding and chasing the roots. Then the Michelangelo of live oaks went into the canopy and did all the necessary things to allow the oak to grow properly. The canopy was leaning all in one direction away from the pine. They also cabled the tree to make it more stable. When my hubby was questioning why there were still pine roots visible in the yard they explained they couldn't be removed with machine without harming some of the entangled oak roots, so they sent out a team of axe men and resolved the issue. I highly recommend their services.

The price was lower than others and they were pretty responsive. The only complaint (if any) was the stump grinding. They were ground done hastily as large roots of the stumps were left. Possum's said that the large roots were supposed to be ground up too. They offered to come back to complete but we (home owners) were doing other work in those areas at the time and frankly we never got back to them. I was told that the grinding is performed by their subcontractor.

It was like watching a symphony work. They didn't leave no mess. They were polite, and they were neat, they cleaned up everything. We had branches piled up as high as me! They cleaned up everything! They didn't leave until everything was cleaned up. My neighbor around the corner had another tree company come to her house and they were messy, they left big tree trunks around for the trash to take. It was more money than me and they had less work done.
