I don't even know how to start telling how bad this contractor's services were. Other than a couple of excellent painters at commencement of job, who left during the 8 month renovation period, his so-called painters consisted of whoever he can pick up off the street. Knowledge of painting or quality not important. Just any warm body he can send out and collect wages. Now as far as his supervisory skills, he has none, and basically depends on the home owner to supervise his crews. All I can say is to stay as far away from Daniel Kidder and DK Painting. If you have to wait for a quality painter, then do so. Don't let yourself get into the situation we did. Trying to tolerate while attempting to finish an extremely costly project is not a situation you want to be in. Finally ended our business relationship before things got real ugly and hired a local paint contractor who is engaged, knows his business, and supervises his crews. Guess we did not know how bad we had it until professionals walked onto the job. Like a breath of fresh air.
