Mr. Green met with me the same day I called for an estimate. He charges a fee for the estimate but spent an hour discussing the issues with the trees. I called the next day to agree to the services. I was only told that they are busy so they couldn't do the job right away. After 3 weeks I called on a Monday to check the status. I was told that definitely they would be there by the end of the week. They didn't show and on Saturday called to tell me it would be by Tuesday at the latest. That entire week went by and I heard nothing. The week after that my husband called and we were told they would be there the following day. Finally they kept their word. They were obviously experienced and professional. I was pleased with the work. My yard has a lot of landscaping and they did not damage any of it. However, they drove the lift equipment over a very small patch of grass in the backyard. Grass that I was proud of. It was easily avoidable as most of the yard is covered in cement pavers. The equipment caused deep grooves in the dirt and grass. No apology or offered discount. Also a small tree was supposed to be pruned and listed on the contract. I called because it was not pruned and they discounted the price by $25. Quality work, but because of the issues I had I would not recommend. There are probably better options in our area.

They did a very good job. They cut down some trees and grinded the stumps and hauled everything away. We were very pleased.
