Karl Handy arrived a bit early and was totally finished by our assigned appointment. He was very professional, knowledgable, friendly and courteous. I think he even went above and beyond because not only did he clean our chimney but he also repaired the cracks in the bricks at no extra charge. There was no extra cleanup for me when he was finished. He did it all! The whole process took less than an hour.

The company is a one man operation. The man was here when he said that he would be. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and well prepared. He offered information and made appropriate suggestions. He was not rushed but finished his work in a timely manner.

There was a team of 2 men. They arrived right on time, they worked separately; one outside did the outer inspection and the other one did the cleaning and inner inspection on the chimney. Very quick and efficient.
