We first hired Hoover Tree Experts in July 2015. They were excellent. Tujaque removed the large old dead pecan tree with his skilled staff and then immediately removed a tree for our neighbor. We decided to hire them again this year (2018) for a water oak that was dying. This is when the trouble started. After giving him a deposit in June 2018, Tujaque scheduled the removal, then rescheduled it five times. He then made a firm date, didn't call us to say he wasn't coming that day. He rescheduled and then still didn't arrive or call. He hasn't returned our phone calls, he's missing in action. Our deposit is now gone and we are in limbo. I do not like writing bad reviews, particularly when the service prior was so good but we are at a loss. If he would just remove the tree, I would happily remove this poor review.
