I contacted Wolf Contracing LLC Sarah Manshack or Christopher Smith on May 31, 2012 after Service Magic recemmended you as a 5 star pro in the construction area. Our pasted communications and payment of $2,600.00 given to Sarah Manshack on 6/1/12 Receipt #345650 signed by Sarah Manshack and check #5881 signed by Robbie Coleman. My records show the check made out to Wolf Contracting LLC was cashed by Sarah Manshack at Capital One Bank on 6/4/12. The acceptance of their proposal to build a fence at the 303 Kings Hwy was signed by Sarah Manshack and Robbie Coleman on 6/1/12. The payment of $2,600.00 resulted in a legally binding contract to build this fence. Per the contract and verbal agreement the work was to start on 6/4/12. She subsequently terminated a binding contract to build this fence when I waws phoned by her on 6/14/12 when she said she would not be putting up a fence at this site because I had complained with Service Magic about the delay in starting. NO WORK was every started at this work site 303 Kings Hwy. I sent a Demand Letter on 7/9/12 that they refused to pick up. I have them 5 days after receipt to return my money...they never picked it up and still have my $2,600.00. They will not talk to me and will not return my money. I just found out that Chris Smith has a criminal record and it can be found online.
Description of Work: "After Service Magic informed me that they had done everything possible to get my money back from Wolf Contracting on 7/31/12. I took my complaint to the Shreveport White Collar Crimes Police Division on 8/1/12. The Dectective in charge phoned me and said he would put them in jail or they would have to return my money. On 8/13/12 the Police Dept contacted me and my money was refunded. Service Magic offered me no apology and gave me nothing monetary like the $500 that I was promised. They would not even post my negative comment the way I asked for it to be written. Please by all means be careful who you give this company's contract information to......The fence jobs require up front money that they like to keep. I have been contracted by 4 people who had similar problems with these people".
