The installers did a great job. The only issue is the managers haven't honored their $50 referral payment. I gave them the name of a coworker who referred me to their business. My coworker also had their windows replaced by the same company about 4 months earlier. After 3-4 months after my install my coworker was not paid the referral money. I contacted the Window World's office and was told they didn't have the address of the person who referred me. They replaced their windows and they had the name of the customer who has a very unusual name. They could have easily looked it up or contacted me. I gave them the information again and after another 3-4 months my coworker still hasn't been paid. I don't know if this is normal operations or not, but the product and the installers were great.

Ever since we had this house built 21 years ago, it stayed cool good in the summer, but could not keep it warm in the winter. Well it took a couple weeks for us to have a cold snap after the new windows were put in and it is unbeleivable how much warmer the house stayed. One day when we would have normally had to keep the heat going all day, the heating unit kicked on in the mornig and knocked the chill out of the house an stayed 71 in the house all day long and was still 71 when we went to bed at 11 oclock. On a day like this with a low of 42 and high of 58 we would had to keep a little heat going all day. Last night it got down to 26 and was still 31 at noon and the heat only kicked on like 3 times for a few minutes today.
The worker had all the windows in less than 6 hrs and cleaned up the little bit of mess they made pretty much as they went along.
We like the windows and work good enought that my mother-in-law and neice will be having them install new windows in their house soon.

Fast and very professional

We like the windows very much. Our house immediately was cooler in summer and warmer in winter, so that was successful. The only thing was one of the workers dropped a screwdriver in one of our commodes and shattered the cover, and it took a while to resolve that with them. I think that Window World have a winning idea and I like the franchise and their products.
