It was fine. I like their price and they didn't try to sell me anything.

Bathrooms are disgusting staff not friendly . I wanted to buy a stock pot without a dent and they said that was all they had . So I ask for the stock pot with a dent but for a lower price because of damage . And manger said he could not sale damaged goods . So next day went back and the stock pot with the dent was back on self.

I had never used Walmart before for an eye exam or new glasses. The exam was well done by a friendly, fun Dr. whose name I cannot remember. She was young and has her own practice in addition to her Walmart location. I loved her.
Getting an appointment only took one day. The staff was great, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. The associate that helped me, Wanda, led me to just the right frame and was efficient in getting the measurements needed for the lenses.
My experience was an excellent one and I would use them again.
The Walmart location I used is the Shreveport Barksdale store.

My overall experience has been very positive. I think the optometrist I see is really very good. I really like him a lot. The staff and everybody are friendly. I would grade them A's across-the-board.

They do good work and do it quickly. They have always treated us fair.

Everything was done top notch and the entire team was great. Looks like a lot of the staff work part time. That's ok with me and everyone seemed very happy to work there. The only downside was that when my prescription was ready they had one of the people in the retail section call me. I had no intention of buying glasses or contacts thru Walmart. The technition then transfered the phone to the Optometry Clinic. I was able to get both written prescriptions so I could get my glasses and contacts elsewhere.

I'll admit I was hesitant to go to Wal-Mart for my vision care, but after a bad experience elsewhere, I made an appointment with Dr. Parker at the Wal-Mart Vision Center. My wait was a little less than 15 minutes which on a Saturday didn't seem bad to me. I like that they offer a range of appointment times and days to accomodate busy schedules. The staff and Dr. Parker were friendly and the exam was thorough yet efficiently carried out. The price was quite reasonable ($69.99 for the comprehensive exam and $15 for the contact exam) and the level of professionalism was high. I would use this provider again.
