Okay, at first, I would have rated both the store "leadership" and the "workers" an "A", however........When Randy came and gave us an estimate on the work, I asked him about covering up the cabinets and the entrance to the living room.  He kind of laughed and said I could but it won't help as this will be like a construction zone.  So I decided to cover up everything as well as block the living room off.
When the workers arrived, they said "Hey, who did our job for us?"  I told them I did as I was told it wouldn't help nor that it would be done.  They said thanks as it was going to save them at least 2 hours work.
In addition, Randy told me that on the 4th day, I could have the  plumber come back and reinstall the sink and toilet.  However, the workers told me on day 2 that I would have to wait an extra day to ensure the grout settled.  So I called Randy and he said yep, I need to wait but that I could have the plumber come anyway and just clean the area that would be used.
OKAY, so tell me how and why it's okay to clean just a small area and not the whole area?  Randy couldn't answer that.
Randy also told me in the beginning that the workers would not replace the border as they aren't carpenters.  I could understand that.  But imagine my surprise when my wife told me that the workers were back and replacing the borders!  Of course now I know why Randy said they don't do that as it looks like crap.  I have a real carpenter on their way to fix it.
Last item, the wooden connector between the kitchen tile and the living still has not been delivered/installed by Snyders'.  Why?  Because the first piece was cracked and since then, the person that is supposed to stain it, hasn't gotten around to it.
I thought the workers at first did a GREAT job, but once they put the wood border on and then with the connector piece not being done, I would have to downgrade them.
Would I recommend Snyder?  Only if you tell them to install the floor and don't touch anything else.

I had been looking around town to find the exact granite and backsplash combination that I wanted. I found exactly what we wanted at Snyders. The salesman(Joey) helped me to make sure that what I wanted was available and when it wasn't, someone helped me to choose even a better choice. I was happy with the process. The installation went well. The young men that installed my granite were professional and very efficient. They did a good job and hauled away the trash when they finished. The backsplash installers were efficient and precise. They wanted to make sure that I liked the job when finished. Overall, I was pleased with the service. I would definitely use them again

It took 3 haft days to do the job. they never stayed more the 4 hours a day here. They where in a rush because . The boss installer told me he had a another job to go to. They left the house in a mess. They never cleaned up the glue left on the floor . They left rags and finger.

prints all over my newly panted walls in the kitchen and living room. I had to hire people to clean up, and paint the walls. It coast me 400.00. I spoke to Mr Bruce Koury and he told me he would speak to the owner a Mister Jeff. I called Mr. Jeff and was told that he did the job he was paid to to the he said I am not paying for anything. His last words to me was { F--K You and then he hung up. I Was in shock to be spoken to like that by a man that I just spent 9700 dollars in his store. I have never been spoken like that by a business man in my life. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I wish I had a tape recording of this conversion. I would have him arrested for dirty language.

Job was performed as scheduled and I am happy with work that was done. I did need to give some cues, like tiling under my dishwasher and compactor - they were about to trap them in tile - but it was done without hesistation. There were a couple of minor issues with the hardwood but were fixed without argument/delay.

They have two locations here in Bossier. I liked their price and the team of workers were so nice. The job was a whole week. We are having our other bathroom done.

They did a really good job. I really liked them. I don't remember how much they charged us, but it was reasonable. They were thoughtful. We had a flood and they were empathetic. They really helped with the furniture and things like that.

The employees at the store were very friendly and they were quick to schedule an appointment for an estimate the very same day we walked in. They gave the impression they personally were going to be on site during installation and that their company installed the carpet. The gentleman who came out to do the estimate said that they would even take the time to drill screws in the wood flooring before laying the carpet so there would be no creeks, which never happened. The carpet installers, which were people we had never seen at the store before, showed up smelling like smoke, and looked hungover. The carpet they installed in the bedroom looked good but they scratched up the walls and scuffed all 6 corners threw to the drywall. Some of the corners were so badly damaged that the metal cornering beneath the drywall showed through. We had to fix all the walls with drywall mix, primer, and paint. On the stairs they only padded part of each step so the edge wasn't even padded. After the job they left large scraps in the bathroom and garage. A few days later we noticed they also took about $150 in rare coins from a box that was in the bedroom closet. When I contacted Snyder Floors about the coins they told me they had hired someone to install the carpet and referred me to them to have to deal with the issues myself. The same employees that were so caring in the beginning were now acting very different, not being very proactive at all by trying to keep in touch to make sure any of the issues we are dealing with have been taken care of. After several calls, personal trips back to the store and several messages left, we have still not gotten a response back from the manager or have had any of our issues dealt with. I wish I would have spent the extra money to hire someone who would have taken pride in there work.

Snyder sent an installer and carpet to our home. The areas requiring carpet replacement included 3 staircases. The installer complained that he was not sent with enough carpet to do the job properly. He was concerned he would have to stretch the carpet so much that the pattern would not be straight. He called back to their office and was rebuffed by the salesman who was temporarily working for them as a result of hurricane Katrina where he was from. As a result the carpet was left pulled away from the walll in one place and immediately began coming off of the stairs in multiple locations. The carpet is clearly not "square" and the pattern is obviously skewed as a result. The stair problems are blatant and the carpet is no longer adhereing to the tack strips exposing the pad and users of the stairs to possible injury from falls. I called Jeff Snyder, the owner of the company, immediately to report the problems. He repeatedly refused to come inspect the work, and almost immediately stopped accepting our calls or returning them. The movie company had already paid them so he apparently had no financial motivation to correct the faulty work. The problems exists as of today.

Salesman, Randy Lambert, and owner, Sandy Snyder, came out to measure and estimate the cost of our job, as we had already picked out our sample flooring from their showroom. Randy then called to schedule the installers, Gary and Leroy, who called when they were on their way, and arrived exactly as scheduled. These men worked as a team, quickly and efficiently, handling every detail as agreed, including carefully removing our furniture from the rooms, and replacing it after the new flooring went in. Their preparation included using their own table saw that was set up in our carport, and everything was neat as a pin when they left, which meant that they vacuumed and replaced everything as they had found it. They encountered two metal posts sticking out of the concrete in one room, remnants of an old floor safe, and had to saw the posts down before installing the flooring. Even when the sawdust set off our smoke detectors, they removed them and replaced them when the job was done. Dust was kept to a minimum, 1/4 inch round molding was cut and installed perfectly, and our new cherry maple laminate flooring is beautiful. We have used this company before for installation of tile flooring throughout our home, and are so pleased that we chose Snyder again. They are professional, and use the best products and people for results we are happy to live with.
