The guys were very professional.. They introduced themselves and got right to work disconnecting and uninstalling the old dishwasher.. They had to move some cleaning supplies that I keep under the sink then disconnect the plumbing. They took the old dishwasher out to their truck and brought the new one in. After removing the packing , installing and reconnecting the plumbing, they cleaned up after themselves, including removing the packing materials, cleaning up the small amount of water left under the sink and put everything they had first moved back in the correct places. The total time they were here was less than 45 minutes. If and when I have other kitchen items replaced I will request the same two individuals that put in my dishwasher. They were great.

The dryer was making a loud noise. I called other repair companies but no one could make a call very quickly. Sears came out the same day and found the problem. The repairman gave us the cost of ordering the parts and repair. Instead of buying a new dryer we chose to repair the one we owned. The part came in on schedule and the repairman was on time to finish the job. The family is happy to be able to dry clothes at home!

They did a very good job of replacing the water pump. We asked them to take a look at a second washing machine, and they said they would have to charge another $65.00 even though the washing machine was on the same property.

They are really good. I have a newer machine where you put the clothes in the front. This was the second time I've had to call them to repair the washer. It went out once and then went out again. I paid $200 the first time the man came out and he said that it was probably going to keep going out and he suggested that I buy a service contract. I figured out that it ended up being $70 a month for 5 years. When it broke the second time, I didn't have to pay for parts or anything. I would definitely recommend the service contract because it actually works. He said it would probably do it every year because it doesn't have a metal part; the part is plastic. I will definitely use them again. The repairmen were nice and I appreciated that he told me about the service contract.
