They came when they said they would and would have loved to use them. I was not able to use their services due to the time frame that I had to complete the job, but his overall attitude and price make it a no brainer if I need a plumber.

Excellent! Arrived within a half hour of my call, worked quickly and efficiently. I love Robert Brown because they do GREAT work and at such affordable rates. I had company over and it was no problem. He was polite and fast. I am so happy to have found this company. This is my second positive review. I'm a lifelong customer.

I called them at about 8:30 am and told them I needed a plumber by noon if possible since we were going out of town later in the day. They told me they could have someone out by 11:00 and would call me about 30 min prior. About 9:30 they called and said a crew would arrive in about 15 minutes, which they did. Dan and Brandon were very professional and quickly deduced that a new tee was needed in the kitchen sink trap. After replacing the part, they made sure both sinks drained properly together with the garbage disposal and no leaks were occurring at the trap or in the dishwasher line. They also took the time to look at our bathroom shower diverter handle which had been leaking for some time. Dan did not have the part on his truck but now I know what to buy and can fix it myself. All in all, I'm quite happy with their work and would highly recommend them to others!

Not being a plumber myself I can only say there was no problem that I was aware of. Installed 2 new hot water heaters in the
garage and the pipes were reconfigured tfrom the attic o go to those hot water heaters. One of the old hot water heaters was left in the attic because we were told it would be too costly to remove from the attic and leaving it would not be a problem. When the job was finished Mr. Brown came and personally inspected the job. We did not take bids on the job. We used Robert Brown
Plumbing because he was a friend of my son's. Therefore, I do not know if the price was out of line or not. I have since been
told by someone that took bids on their project that they did not use Robert Brown Plumbing because his bid was too high.
We are retired folks on a fixed income and IF the need for extensive plumbing happens again I probably would take bids.
If I was independently wealthy and money was not an issue I'd for sure call Robert Brown Plumbing. You know the old saying,
"You get what you pay for." That certainly may be the case here.

I found them on A. List and called to set up an appointment. I called at 12:45 and he was able to be here at 1:30. Dan was so nice. He left at 4:45 and i was expecting to pay much more. The price was so reasonable. I will definitely be using Robert Brown Plumbing as our go to plumbing service from now on and definitely recommend them.

They came in and took their snake rooter thingy and cleared out the pipe! They took care of my 'crappy' situation! They we're cool and fast.

I cannot remember the exact price but it was very reasonable. The gentleman that came out was professional, punctual, and knowledgable. They did excellent work.

We received several bids to reroute the drain for our washing machine. Most of the bids wanted to reroute the drain through our front yard, and since our sewer line hook up is on the other side of the home, go under our drive way and thru our front yard. Mr. Brown was the first one to suggest going thru the back yard. He also suggested a clean out right outside of the washing machinde wall(outside), which no one else suggested. He also suggested since were going thru the back yard, that we should tie in the sink
and put a clean out there and put a clean out on the other side of the home by the bathroom, since that is the side were we had to tie into the city drain. He also suggested using a larger drain pipe to avoid any problems in the future, and once again one else suggested that. He said all this would require a city permit, which NONE of the LICENSED Plumbers told me in their bids. As he was finishing the work, he told me there were a few things that needed to be fixed that he would take of at no extra cost, which I was very greatful for. The first one, we had a small hole behind our dishwasher, and he had some extra wood and filled it in for us. The second one, was our washing machine hoses were old and he replaced them. The third one, he also rerouted our water vaulves for the washing machine and caped the old ones, something that wasn't in the bid. He didn't have to this, but it shows what kind of person he is. They were very professional and personable. Seemed to be very concerned that every detail be taken care of. Owner came back after the job was done to check and make sure everything was done correctly and that everything was cleaned up.
