As a woman trying to juggle projects I didn't know where to start to get the most bang for my buck.  The owners had great suggestions to help me upgrade the house to get the most when placing it on the market and they were right, it sold in 2 weeks!  One owner is a female and the details were appreciated to help me understand the process.   The work was done on time and they communicated with me weekly.  I was worried about "hidden" costs since I watch HGTV and was lucky didnt have any!

It went very well. Took about 4 days to do all the work including prep and drying times for primer and paint. They have all the tools for their jobs. As part of their scope of work they found the flange under the commode rusted out and leaking under the ceramic tile into the wall.  They immediately called one of their plumber vendors who came within an hour and replaced the flange at a very reasonable price.
OTHER JOBS:  They have done many other jobs for me in the past including replacing the roof on my house; painting of the entire house, power washed house and replaced patio decorative post.  They also built the most beautiful shelves for my 2500+ DVD collection and matched the crown moulding on top of the shelves. They  painted the shelves the trim color which makes it look as if they were built with the house. They are awesome. This job was a $25,000+ (including the roof, painting and shelves)
I highly recommend them.  If they can't do some specialty jobs as part of their overall scope of work they have an extensive list of vendors to choose from.

I had a great experience with Reeves and Reeves Remodeling that I wanted to take the time to share. They were contracted to replace our roof. They were easy to get on the phone any time I needed to discuss the upcoming project with them. They asked for my preference on where the materials were to be staged (not just making it easy on themselves). They asked for my preferences about certain details of the job and took the time to explain pros and cons of doing things different ways. They showed up early (15 minutes before the promised time). They went straight to work and had our entire roof replaced in a single day. The workmanship was of excellent quality. And they cleaned up our yard and driveway meticulously. The owner even came back the day after the job was finished to look one more time for any nails that might have fallen into our yard or driveway. I have yet to find a single nail they overlooked. I like this contractor because I truly believe they are good people who do what they say they are going to do. You might be able to find someone cheaper, or faster, or maybe even with a higher quality of work...But I feel that I got a great roof at a fair price, and was treated with professionalism and courtesy. I felt so strongly about this that I paid the yearly fee for Angie's list, just so I could leave this feedback in hopes that it would help someone else.

They way over charged us. They walked off the job without completing everything.

Scope of work above was completed with the following exceptions:

Apply additional coats of paint to new back door
Complete door installation by installing the threshold for new door ? currently there is not threshold, thus exposing the base frame of the door to the elements and other animals
Clean flashing around chimney  

Contractor last spoke with client week of July 18 or 15 and gave assurances to client that the door would be completed prior to arrival of family August 5.   
Client?s son contacted contractor in September and she gave assurances work would be completed and his mother contacted.   Client was never contacted and is not longer returning calls.  Today's report marks the 144th day after the last payment and the job remains unfinished.

There has not been any changes to the clients contact information during this time and multiple messages have been left, in addition to actual conversations with Barbara stating that the remaining items would be addressed.  Punctuality would have been rated a D, but Barbara's team did begin the work shortly after the contract was signed.

Originally they came in and did electrical work, painting, carpentry, and flooring for my house. They were very good workers and they were always on time.

Update 1/17/12:

They got a bigger job and so they just completely ignored the work they were in the middle of doing for me.  They said they would be back in two weeks to complete the work but didn?t come back for several months.  They left the stove in the middle of the kitchen, tore up the carpeting in our bedroom and left the tack strips showing so someone could step on them.  I would definitely not recommend this company.  I feel that it was completely unethical for them to take another job while they were working on mine.  The owner also was very rude to me and told me my house was "crummy."  They never gave me a contract so the price was totally up to whatever they felt like charging me.
