A few years back we noticed there was a slight crack in the brick and mortar on an exterior wall of our garage.. over time the crack got worse and finally it had gotten to the point where I knew something had to be done.. Called Ramjack... my first appointment was with King Gladney who surveyed my garage, and told me what I had already suspected, a foundation issue with the garage... King drew up a proposal and gave me a price.. I really liked the fact that he NEVER tried to "pressure" me to agree to the job.  I told him I had some other contractors coming out to give me a bid on the job and he was good with that.. gave me his card and told me to call him if I had any other questions... after receiving several bids I will tell you that Ramjack was not the cheapest... but they appeared to have the plan that made the most sense to me on how to remedy my slab issue.  Also I checked out reviews on Ram Jack, checked with the BBB, got all the information I could find and without hesitation called Ram Jack and scheduled the job... Tim Gladney and his crew showed up at the appointed time and went straight to work... They installed 8 helical piers around my garage.. 6 of these were installed just by digging down to the foundation, to install the other two, they had to use a jack hammer and break two holes about 6 to 8 feet apart in my concrete.. Took them about 2 days to get the piers installed.. on the 3rd day they used hydraulic pressure to lift the slab.. It was amazing to watch.  You could see the large crack in the brick and mortar literally close before my eyes... after the slab was fixed, they mixed up several batches of concrete mix and repaired the holes in my concrete.. they cleaned up everything nice and neat and were on their way.  As I write this it has been about a year since the repair was done and so far no issues.. I was afraid there might be sheet rock damage in the garage, or that the garage floor might crack, but none of that happened.. In fact, we had one door that enters the house from the garage.. Prior to the repair that door never closed correctly, wouldn't latch... after the repair by Ram Jack, the door works perfectly.  Hated having to have this done, but I am SO GLAD that I used Ram Jack.  I highly recommend Tim Gladney and  his Ram Jack crew...

It went well, I have used them twice.  The biggest issue is the expense, but it comes with a lifetime warranty.  Have not had problems since with foundation.

No complaints; it went very well. Satisfied customer~! The crew removed a fir tree that was in the way (and hauled it off); dug out the holes (deep) and put in the jacks; jacked it as level as possible bringing the cracks back together; covered the holes; replaced the grass. Looks nice.

About a year or two ago I noticed that there was a slight crack in the mortar on an exterior wall of my garage. Over time the crack continued to get worse until it eventually was wide enough to stick your finger into it. Also, other much smaller cracks were starting to appear in other areas of the exterior walls. I called several companies to get estimates and to see how they would go about correcting the problem.  One of the companies I called was Ram Jack of North Louisiana.  King Gladney came to the house, shot some elevation readings and then showed me what parts of my garage had started to sink and how much it had fallen. we suspect the foundation issue was caused by a severe drought in the area from 2 years ago. A couple of weeks after I told King Gladney to put me on the schedule, Tim Gladney ( owner of the company ) and  his crew came out to our house. They installed 8 helical piers (including 2 which required breaking up the driveway to get under the garage ) then used hydraulics to lift the garage back to where it needed to be. Whole process took two days. The huge crack was almost completely gone. all of the other cracks were completely closed.. His crew even went back and used grout to re-fill in the small crack left where the huge crack had been. Also, they had to mix up some concrete to repair the two 2x2 holes they had to break in the driveway in the beginning. The garage lift, the concrete repair, the cleanup was all done to my satisfaction. I thought they did a great job.  Also would like to say the crew that did the job was very nice. Took time to explain everything to me and even called me outside on the day of the lift so I could see it for myself. I will say Ram Jack was not the cheapest bid I received, but after doing a lot of research, I felt they would do the best job. And one more thing, the repair comes with a lifetime warranty and can be transferred to the new owners of the house should I ever decide to sell.  Obviously, only time will tell but I can say as of right now, I would hire Ram Jack again in a heartbeat!

The entire crew were very prompt, courteous, and professional. I was informed each phase of the work what was going on and what they were doing. Job was completed on time and work areas cleaned up. The owner actually worked with crew to make sure everything was done correctly. A very good experience on a very important job for a homeowner.

I had a good experience with them. They are very professional.

They came in, dug holes around my house and underneath the foundation.  They then drove steel piles 30feet into the ground and lifted my home with hydraulic on these piles.  They then leveled the house back up.  They were very professional and they were very easy to get along with.  I recommend them to go work on anybody's house.  They are a little pricey but they have lifetime guarantees so if anything does happen they will come back and fix it.  Hopefully that will never come about but I guess you pay for that with these guys.  You can spend less and go get the guy with a bottle jack and set a concrete but who wants to do that.  I wish that they had cleaned up a little bit better but it's not a big deal.  I wish they would have had more time because they came in, did the job and had to hurry up.  Their quality of service was very good.
