She stayed for 4 to 5 days. The staff is so friendly. We just walked up and dropped off the animal. They did all the stuff while she was there for the visit. We picked her up. There wasn't an issue at all. They are professional, clean and have responsive service.

This was my first time at this vet, and it went very well. It cost half what I expected it would for a thorough exam, including tests, deworming, and vaccinations, and they gave me samples of foods and medications. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Squires has been treating our elderly cat for the past year. Recently she examined our cat that has been experiencing diarrhea. We discussed options for assessing why our cat has experiencing digestive problems. Our cat is a rescue and we have no health history for him to determine if his digestive issues are age related, are due to a change in environment or have been on going. We agreed to having a lower GI test done on a stool sample. It took about a week for test results to come in. Dr. Squires called us with the test results and made suggestions on our next course of action.
Dr. Squires is attentive to the pet owner's concerns and develops an action plan with the owner's input, giving the owner options. She is thorough in her assessments and always follows up with a phone call when lab results are available. She also provides treatment options for the pet owner after considering the lab results.
We have been very happy with the services we have received at North Airline Animal Hospital. The front desk staff is always friendly and recognizes us when we arrive for our appointments. We plan to continue using this veterinary for the care of our 3 cats.

North Airline Animal Hospital, I have small pets rabbits. I went to the vet a few months ago, end of March. My vet was not where she was so I had to go somewhere else. It cost $55. I brought my rabbit. He's fine now. He had him eat a mix of yogurt and stuff to help his stomach get better. I have 2 guinea pigs and three more rabbits. That was my first time there, but it was the same doctor. She was good, she had worked with him a few years ago. He had to have surgery and she has always been gentle. She remembers who he was and looked him over really good. There are not many small animal doctors, so she knows what she is talking about. I believe she does dogs and cats also. She does do small animals, guinea pigs and rabbits. She did pretty good.

Dr. Thomas was able to diagnose that my cat had diabetes. I take my cat in monthly to get its blood sugar checked which is only a $15 charge each time. Their employees are very caring and professional. Gave me the impression that they cared about me and my pet, and that I am more than just another customer.

Easy to get an appointment. The staff and doctor were very polite and professional. My dog doesnt like to go to the vet and likes to bark a lot. They were all patient with her. The doctor took the time to listen and looked at me when I was talking to him. The doctor did a thorough examination and calmed her down. My dog has really bad allergies and has been getting worse with her skin. The other vet clinic that treated her didn't do an examination and just gave her medications and she wasnt healing. She bites and licks alot and ended up with a bacterial/staph infection. She was given the right medications and is doing well. The office staff even called back to check on her and I like that. I reccomend this clinic.

I have used him for about eight years. He is so good and kind. He was on TV the other night. They are the most caring group of people. The office is so clean and neat. It is brand new, probably five years old. He had to put my 14-year-old dog down in September. They called for two or three days after to check on us. They have taken care of him. He worked with another vet in town. When he moved and opened his own clinic, I went with him.

Can't complain. They were great.

I have boarded my dog and used the vet services of North Airline Animal Hospital/Dr. Lasiter for more than a year. The team is professional and I feel comfortable leaving my seven-year-old dog in their care when my family is on vacation. I like that the staff keeps me up-to-date on what shots/services are due for our dog and they are good at answering any questions I have. It is a friendly, upbeat office and I will continue to take our dog there. They do a good job with the bath/grooming services as well. I feel our dog is well-tended to whenever I take him there.
