Marcus was the technician that came to do the service call and he was amazing! Very professional and explained everything he needed to do as he was doing it. He was thorough and made sure I understand what he found and what needed to be done and after being in my attic to reach the unit he vacuumed the hall to make sure that no insulation or anything was there and tracked through the house. I was very impressed with his customer service as well as the customer service of the people I spoke to in the office as well. I have since recommended this company to friends and would use them again.

We called about ac not working around 1 pm and were told they were busy but someone would be here by evening time. At 530 when we hadn't heard back from anyone we checked into a hotel for the night and soon after checking in we received a call that the technician was in route. We met him back at the house, he said we needed a capacitor on top of 85 dollar diagnostic fee. We agreed to pay he changed it out and we went back to the room. A next day we came home and realized that the house wasn't getting as cool as it should. We were told that he warned us that the unit needed cleaning and that it would be a charge to come out again.
