I called for help and Mr. Crews said he could come by that same day. He showed up early and went right to work. He discovered the main issue and fixed it within 30 minutes. At my request, he also replaced and repaired electrical sockets (3), rewired a ceiling fan and light switch, and checked all other outlets in the house. During this time he was pleasant, happily answering any questions I had.
