We bought a brand new 2013 Dodge Dart in June 2013. The car had 40 miles on it at time of purchase. About 3 weeks after our purchase, one of the door handles completely fell off of the car. A week later, we were able to get the car into service. We did, however get a rental car to use. The service department told us our car would be finished by the following morning. 9 days later, I received a telephone call that my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the dealership they informed me the car was not ready and that I should go home and come back later. I refused and waited. An hour later, my car was finally ready. Four weeks ago, our service engine light came on in the car. I called service, and they informed me that there was a backup in service and the wait would be 3-4 weeks. Last week, our car started and quot;stallingand quot; and turning off while in drive. We called service again and they told us the same thing (3-4 weeks) I refused this, and told them my car would be seen immediately. He got me an appointment 3 days later. We did some research and noticed there has been a recall on several Dodge Darts, and they all started with the same issues as ours. Service refuses to listen to this. They told us they would look at our car and quot;when they got around to it.and quot; And we are not allowed a rental until our car is diagnosed with an issue. This is certainly a problem with two small children in my home. I need transportation. Now service will not answer after several failed attempts to reach them about my car. It has been 2 days. Unprofessional service department. Do not recommend.

They lost my car. Service technicians did not appear to be up to speed.

I have no negative issues, they have a nice waiting room. They have an attendant in the waiting room. They wash your car if you have anything done. It's an average cost.

They are very courteous, customer-oriented, and timely. I signed up for a discount program with them for five oil changes. It was so long ago, I don't remember how much it cost me. I think their prices are average. Their quality is good.

Our car was having issues and we were not able to figure out what the problem was. We promptly brought the car in and had spoke to Alan. He turned out to be a life saver. Between working with us and our warranty company, he diligently made sure that we were taken care of in the best way possible. He even left our ticket open and allow us to come back several days later so that we wouldn't be charged another deductible and diagnostic fee. After everything was figured out, we had to have our ignition coils, spark plugs, spark plug wires, and camshaft sensor replaced. All and all it was a great experience.
