I was moving out of state, had a contract on my house but needed some repairs to satisfy my buyer. No big deal but needed work done within 7-10 days. But if you want something done when promised, don't call this cat. If he decides that your job is too small or he just doesn't want to do it he won't. First he promised to come on Monday, May 14, 2012, give me an estimate and do the work on Tuesday, May 15, 2012. On the 14th he was a no-show, when he came on the 15th, he said he couldn't do the work until the 25th, the day after my closing, because he had taken other work and had to do that first. I said OK, give me an estimate, do the work on the 25th and I never heard from him again. No answer to my e-mails or messages and when I caught him on his cell phone just got another broken promise. My real estate agent got someone else to do the work on the 23rd because we couldn't close the deal until the repairs were complete.
