I would never take my vehicle back there again. I went there and everything was so out of balance that my steering wheel was shaking at 60 MPH after the repair. I ended up taking it back and they did not repair it right so I ended up at a Honda dealership. The weights that they used in my wheels were completely different than that of the original weights and that is what made the problem. Honda had to take the weights out and completely redo the work and it ended up costing me additional money for the repair.

Have used Gateway several times for oil change and tire rotation. Very please with service and prices. In addition, one Saturday I had a flat and they fixed the tire quickly and did not even charge. Nice to find a business like them.

Noticed after review posted that this is the Airline location. The location I use is the one on Hwy 80, Haughton.

It was great. I went to this service center because it was the only place I could find to fill my tires with nitrogen. They checked my tires topped them all off and didn't charge me a dime. A few weeks later my low tire light came on and I took my car to the Gateway in Haughton. Same thing. They found that my spare tire was low and was setting off the sensor. Again, they checked all my tires and filled my spare and again at no cost. I will use them for everything simply because they have been so good on these two small things with my car.
