COLDWELL Banker Gosslee
About us
Ryan Wheeler is an Air Force "brat" and Air Force veteran with over 20 years of combined experience in the Shreveport/Bossier City market. When his father retired at Barksdale AFB in 1995 it allowed him to attend three I-20 Louisiana colleges: Bossier Parish Community College, University of Louisiana at Monroe and Louisiana Tech University. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from ULM, received his Air Force commission from Louisiana Tech and earned his Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University. His military career took him around the country and brought him back to Barksdale Air Force Base 3 times. He served at the following locations: Whiteman AFB, MO; Goodfellow AFB, TX; Offutt AFB, NE and MacDill AFB, FL. Each move meant finding a realtor to list his current home and another one to help him buy at the new location. This process became very familiar to him. Having personally bought several homes in the Shreveport/Bossier area over the course of 3 assignments he knows the market, the people and the process better than most. Ryan's interpersonal skills have been honed by his military career which stresses Service, Integrity and Excellence. He brings that pride, energy and commitment with him as he works hard to ensure each client receives the service they deserve. He is professionally trained and skilled to serve every client with excellence and is specially attuned to the needs of his military clients helping them receive the results they deserve as they transition either to or from Barksdale Air Force Base. He specializes in the Shreveport, Bossier, Benton and Haughton markets.
