Carter's Hardwood Floors

The floors, which were in horrible shape, look excellent. Jared and his crew were complete professionals throughout the process. He was easy to contact and willing to answer as many questions as I had about the process. Our house is a typical old South Highlands home so, even though our floors were newer and a different wood than the rest of the house, we were looking for a result that was consistent with the house. Jared gave us advice on which stain to go with and the end result was perfect. I was also very impressed with the low level of dust in our kitchen after the process was complete. I received quotes from several installers in the area and was glad I chose Carter's in the end.

He provide me opinions as to my options for dealing with my badly scratched and worn heart pine floors. He provided samples of site finished products and explained the process involved in removal, installation and finishing. He was very polite and informative.

I received an estimate from Carter's to refinish all my hardwood floors and they seemed very professional and courteous. The estimate was competitive. I contacted them because I knew some people that used them and they only had great things to say. I believe I would have liked working with them, I just ended up going with a neighbor's business instead.

They were wonderful. They're fabulous. Their cost is lower than other estimates I got. It was amazing. They were able to replace some of the old squares that were damaged. They were amazing. I spent the night at my neighbor's the first night because the smell was so strong, so the next night they had bought something to help with the smell. They do everything right. They're wonderful people.

Everything was done as promised. Excellent results.
