I have a service contract. They checked the system. I pay a yearly fee. They come when they are supposed to come. They are professional. I have no complaints with them.

Showed up on time and installed the system. The crew was very professional while installing the system. The first night that I had experienced some very cold weather I realized that the temperature wouldn't go beyond 72 degrees. I called the company and they sent a service technician who had decided that the thermostat was faulty but he didn't have one with him. The next day, another service technician showed up to change the thermostat which was working okay until later on when the temperature fell. So after spending another night in the cold, I called again and they sent another technician out to look at the system. The technician identified the problem, but they had to order a part for it which took about three or four days. After waiting four days in the cold, the part arrived and the technician installed it, but later on I realized that it hadn't solved the problem. Called again and they sent a more experienced technician who was able to get it working but it still doesn't work like it was designed to work. I figured out how to get it working and just decided to accept it as is. Later on I realized that my exhaust fan in the guest bathroom was knocked away from the ceiling, a ceiling fan was broken and the light fixture in the hall by the filter was knocked loose! Also, the outside unit wasn't bolted down properly. In the summer I realized that the house is cooling unevenly. The living room doesn't get cool on very hot days and the back of the house is like a refrigerator. Also, found a cup in my garage full of spit from one of the technicians chewing tobacco.

good two way communications (email/phone/text) w/ one technician. presented with several courses of action along w/ his recommendation. . . . got three estimates and he came in the cheapest. worked w/ tenant's and another contractor's schedule.

Crew showed up on time and with more individuals than expected, plus the manager to ensure everything was set to go. With the extra crew, they finished much more quickly than expected. Crew was very curtious andkeep everything clean.

We received 4 company bids for installation of new Heating and Air system. John came and did a thorough assessment of our old system. He was the only one that identified our current refrigerant line was too small. He listened to what we wanted and his bid addressed all those items. Larry and Don came and did the installation, it took them a day and a half. There work was excellent. They were very professional, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable which gave me confidence in their workmanship. John came on both days to check on the progress to ensure all was going well. The second day the inside blower sound was a little too loud for his satisfaction he and Larry decided to add baffling and sound insulation to the air intake and the system is so quiet, as compared to before it is like night and day. John wanted us to be completely satisfied with their product and his concern was really genuine. It was very apparent they all took pride in what they were doing. Their bid was the best price for the level of product and service of all the bids we received. We are very, very satisfied with Brooks's product and their staff. We will recommend them to all our family, friends and anyone else that we encounter!

During rather cold week, less expensive unit not available, would have been several weeks, opted for in-stock, top of line model, told it will save considerable on power use. Everyone involved at Brooks was very courteous & friendly, installation was quick, though involved- (remove old unit, etc.) Workmen were very conscientious and friendly.

Some rust developed in the system while it was still under warranty. The serviceman told me that they would probably cover it. I called the lady and she told me that they would. It was during the summer and they didn't have time to fix it. I told them that I would call later and when I called back I got a different person and they said they couldn't do it so I was a little disappointed with that. I didn’t have that work done and I started using another company. The warranty has since run out. Their prices were okay. They were good about responding and they came out when I called. The servicemen were great and good. The office people were not as good. I would not use them again.
