The staff is extremely friendly & cooperative. He has been in the same office since the first time we used him.  Has remodeled & is an older building but very clean.  I would definitely recommend him to to others.

Went very well, and we were especially impressed with Dr. Snyder's attentiveness/ responsiveness after bringing one of the dogs home and noting an allergic reaction to the vaccine. Overall, would highly recommend; the only negative would be the front desk staff didn't seem as on top of things (example: seemed confused as to why we had brought in previous vet records) as the other staff. Still, are very pleased with this veterinary practice overall. They also have a great groomer that we have utilized once already and plan to go back to...good price, great job.

Our small dog got sick while we were temporarily house hunting in shreveport for our upcoming PCS to Barksdale AFB. We took her in and were extremely pleased with the staff and the Dr's treatment of both us and our dog. The problem was not as serious as we thought and after an overnight stay and an IV she was a lively, happy dog again.

I took my beloved dog to Bossier Animal Hospital ( from a refered neighbor) after a very disturbing visit at another Vet Clinic. It was a nice refreshing change to go into a vet clinic and not be sold numerous services before I even see the Vet. Office staff was very comforting and relaxed. My favorite part...Dr. Snyder! He was so attentive to my little dog, very understanding about her and my nervousness. While he was examining her, I couldn't read his diagnosis written all over his face ( the bad news look). He had minor concerns but nowhere near the fatal and incorrect diagnosis the former vet had concluded. I made an appt the following week to update my doggie's shots. I was nicely suprised that annual shots also included other important test and examinations that I was dreading paying for seperatly. Dr. Snyder took the time to explain what every test meant. He doesn't make you feel intimidated or ashamed to ask questions. He went out of his way to insure my little girl stays healthy now and in the future. Over all, I have continously been impressed. I have found a great Vet!
