The tech guy showed up and spend most of his time trying to sell me a new unit that I didn't (and don't) need. He said he blew out the line, but it was still overflowing after he left. My regular guy came out a day or two later, blew out the line and all was fine.

Very responsive.  Same day service at no extra cost.

The service was timely and the on-site technicians did a wonderful job. They were knowledgable about the system and answered all questions. The time estimates were spot-on. They even came back later to install a propane conversion kit and check the furnace operation when it got cold, without an additional charge.

We badly needed a new heating and AC system and thought we needed new ducts because lots of dust spewed out. After getting referrals, checking Angie's List, BBB, and the newspaper's Readers' Choice Awards (Air Pro was #2), we chose Air Pro because of their great reputation, excellent price, and because we were impressed by the owner, Pat Cox, who did a thorough exam of our ducting and system needs, clearly explaining and answering our many questions and concerns. We were quite stressed and my asthma was flaring up due to the dust and high temp in the house, but Pat was calm, patient and reassuring. He also didn't try to sell us new ducts--turned out our old ducts were fine; they just weren't connected properly and were pulling in attic insulation. We added duct-cleaning to the purchase. Air Pro's technicians were professional, cordial, thorough and neat. They placed dropcloths not just in the work area, but everywhere they would be walking too; they kept debris to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves. They were good-humored with my husband, who asked a lot of questions as he "supervised" the entire process! We have cool, clean air! When the warranty ends, we definitely will get a service contract with Air Pro to maintain this system from now on.

They were very reliable and trustworthy. They have checked my unit a couple of times and have changed the thermostat before that was faulty. They have come out and checked my unit whenever it has gotten cold or warm. I knew the owner of the company as I had worked with him before in this business. He was very honest and trustworthy. I would use their services for sure in the future.

They are reasonable. They are very professional when they come out. They do good work in a timely manner.
