It did not go good, screen in patio side was in the bid and when they came to get 1/2 of the money that was not in the bid could not tell me what are how the garage door would look did not know the garage company wanted 1/2 down on the door before it could be order was suppose to being paper on the garage door on the 10/5/2014.. I had to call them about the paperwork next day was suppose to be there at 7am showed up at 9 am did not have anything to work with had to go to Home depot and get nails. When garage door was ready to be install it did not work the framing had to be redone the 32" door had to be cut off. Got the cover patio after I wrote a letter to cancel the job. It took one month and one week to get the job done. I had to buy the 32" door and I already had the paint. I paid to much to have the job done but I need to get done as soon as I could. He was a nice person but to many thing was not in writing. Never get a job done unless you have everything in writing.
